1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Watch2Earn ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON: Multiple accounts for the same user is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts.

4. Plans and Payments

Watch2Earn offers three membership plans: Starter ($24), Pro ($49), and Elite ($99). All payments are one-time lifetime purchases. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that:

Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances
Once a plan is activated, no refunds will be issued
All sales are final

5. User Obligations

As a user, you agree NOT to:

Create multiple accounts
Use bots, scripts, or automated systems
Attempt to manipulate video playback
Use VPN or proxy to hide your identity
Share account credentials with others
Engage in any fraudulent activity

6. Anti-Cheat Policy

We employ advanced anti-cheat systems to ensure fair play. Any attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit our system will result in:

Immediate account termination
Permanent IP and device ban
Forfeiture of all earnings
Legal action if applicable

CHEATERS WILL BE BANNED INSTANTLY: Any detected manipulation, tab switching, video skipping, or system exploitation will result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning.

7. Earnings and Withdrawals

Earnings from watching videos are paid directly to your account balance. Withdrawals are subject to:

Minimum withdrawal amount: $100
Processing time: 24-48 hours
Verification may be required

8. No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By purchasing any plan on Watch2Earn, you explicitly acknowledge that you waive any right to request a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Dis satisfaction with the service
Inability to use the service
Account suspension due to rule violations
Any other reason whatsoever

9. Referral Program

Users can earn $10 bonus for every 5 successful referrals who purchase a plan. Referrals must complete plan purchase to qualify. Abuse of the referral system will result in account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, and materials on this Platform are the intellectual property of Watch2Earn or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Watch2Earn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
